Each fall Colchester East Hants Hospice Society hosts an end of life conference for health care professionals, caregivers and volunteers. This year we are pleased to be offering 'Sharing the Knowledge in Hospice Palliative Care' Conference on October 2, 2010, and will be held at the Best Western Glengarry Hotel in Truro.

This year's conference will have a clinical focus looking at issues such as "End Stage Lung Disease", "Use of Noninvasive Ventilation", "What's New in Pain Management" and "New Treatments for Opioid Induced Constipation". We are expecting around 100 - 150 health care professionals from across the Maritimes as participants.
